Sweet BBQ Chicken Kabobs

Chicken, bell pepper, and pineapple kabobs basted in barbecue sauce and orange juice. Grilled to desired doneness.
Ingredients -
1 pound Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
2 cups Pineapple Chunks (about 1/2 cored peeled pineapple)
1 each Red and Green Peppers, cut into chunks
1/2 cup Original Barbecue Sauce
3 tablespoons Frozen Orange Juice Concentrate, thawed
Wooden Skewers
 
Preparation:

1. Preheat grill to medium heat.

2. Thread chicken alternately with pineapple and bell peppers.

3. Combine barbecue sauce and orange juice. Brush mixture on kabobs.

4. Grill kabobs 8 to 10 minutes, turning once. Brush with baste near end of cooking time.
