1. Preheat oven to 300 F.
2. Season beef briskets with salt, pepper, and garlic.
3. Place in shallow baking dish.
4. In small bowl, combine salsa, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and brush on brisket.
5. Cover baking dish with foil and refrigerate overnight.
6. Bake covered, 5 hours, or until tender.
7. Remove brisket from oven allow brisket to rest 15 minutes.
8. Slice or shred brisket and serve with juices on rolls.
