1. Preheat grill to medium heat.
2. In small bowl, combine mushroom stems and pieces, crumbled bacon, diced green onions, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and salt.
3. Crumble the ground beef over the mushroom mixture. Mix well.
4. Shape into 4 to 6 patties.
5. Grill, covered, 5 to 6 minutes per side.
6. Serve on gourmet buns with tomato slices, and condiments.
