Mushroom Bacon Burgers

Ground beef, mushroom, bacon, green onion, Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce mixed together, formed into patties and grilled to desired doneness. Served on gourmet hamburger buns, and topped with tomato slices.
Ingredients -
1 can (4 ounces) Mushroom Stems and Pieces, drained
4 Bacon Strips, cooked and crumbled
2 tablespoons diced Green Onions
1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 teaspoon Soy Sauce
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 pound Ground Beef
4 to 6 Gourmet Style Hamburger Buns
Tomato slices
Condiments
 
Preparation:

1. Preheat grill to medium heat.

2. In small bowl, combine mushroom stems and pieces, crumbled bacon, diced green onions, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and salt.

3. Crumble the ground beef over the mushroom mixture. Mix well.

4. Shape into 4 to 6 patties.

5. Grill, covered, 5 to 6 minutes per side.

6. Serve on gourmet buns with tomato slices, and condiments.
