1. Add vegetable oil to large skillet. Brown ribs over medium heat.
2. Transfer ribs to crockpot.
3. Place potatoes, onion and carrots on top of ribs.
4. In a small bowl, combine water, ketchup, vinegar, paprika, curry powder, chili powder, dry mustard, and salt.
5. Pour over vegetables.
6. Cover crockpot and cook on LOW 8 to 10 hours. |
