Crockpot BBQ Pinto Beans

Slow cooked pinto beans, onion chili powder, barbecue sauce, mustard and hot sauce. Make these beans ain advance and enjoy at your favorite local picnic spot.
Ingredients -
1 pound Dried Pinto Beans, rinsed and picked over
4 cups Water, hot
2 Onions, chopped
1 tablespoon Chili Powder
3/4 cup Barbecue Sauce
1/2 cup Ketchup
1 1/2 tablespoons Prepared Mustard
1/8 teaspoon Hot Pepper Sauce
 
Preparation:

1. Add dried pinto beans, hot water, onions and chili powder to crockpot

2. Cover and cook on LOW heat 7-8 hours.

3. Drain off excess liquid.

4. Add barbecue sauce, ketchup, mustard and hot pepper sauce to crockpot.

5. Cook uncovered 15 minutes.
