Crock Pot Chicken Barbecue Sandwiches

Quick and easy crockpot chicken recipe. Chicken breasts cooked with ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire, soy, cider vinegar, red pepper flakes, and garlic powder. Chicken breasts are served on hard sandwich rolls.
Ingredients -
2 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
1-1/2 cups Tomato Ketchup
3 tablespoons Brown Sugar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
1 tablespoon Cider Vinegar
1 teaspoon Ground Red Hot Pepper Flakes, or to taste
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
Hard Sandwich Rolls
 
Preparation:

1. Add tomato ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, cider vinegar, ground red chili pepper flakes, and garlic powder to slow cooker. Stir well to combine.

2. Add chicken breasts and toss to coat.

3. Cook on HIGH 4 hours.

4. Remove chicken, allow it to rest 5-10 minutes. Shred chicken and add back to crock pot.

5. Toss chicken to coat in sauce.

6. Heat chicken through.

7. Serve on hard sandwich rolls.
