Cowboy Kabobs

Beef, onion, and green pepper kabobs basted with a mixture of horseradish, barbecue sauce, and steak sauce. Grilled until beef is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
Ingredients -
18 Wooden Skewers (10 inch), soaked in water 30 minutes
1/3 cup Steak Sauce
1/3 cup Barbecue Sauce
2 teaspoons Prepared Horseradish
1 Beef Top Round Steak (1-1/2 pounds), cut into 1/2-inch strips
9 Pearl Onions
1 Large Red or Green Pepper, cut into 9 strips
 
Preparation:

1. Combine steak sauce, barbecue sauce, and prepared horseradish in small bowl until well blended. Set aside.

2. Thread top round steak on skewers. Thread one piece of green pepper or onion on the end of each kabob.

3. Place kabobs in glass baking dish.

4. Pour or brush steak sauce evenly over kabobs. Cover baking dish with foil and refrigerate 1 hour.

5. Preheat grill to medium heat.

6. Remove kabobs from baking dish. Discard marinade.

7. Grill kabobs 6 minutes turning once.
