2. Add cooked chicken breast, celery, green onion, seedless grapes, and walnuts to large serving bowl. Stir to combine.
3. Stir dressing into chicken mixture.
4. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Cover and chill in refrigerator until ready to serve.
