Chicken Salad

Chicken breast with chopped celery, green onion, seedless grapes, and walnuts. Salad is tossed with sour cream dressing.
Ingredients -
Dressing:
1/2 cup Sour Cream
1/2 cup Real Mayonnaise
Pinch Nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon Lemon Zest

2 cups Cooked Chicken Breast, cubed
1/4 cup Celery, finely sliced, or diced
1/4 cup Green Onion, sliced diagonally
1/2 cup halved Seedless Green Grapes
1/2 cup halved Seedless Red Grapes
1/4 cup chopped Walnuts
Salt and Fresh Ground Pepper, to taste

 
Preparation:

1. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, nutmeg, and lemon zest in small bowl.

2. Add cooked chicken breast, celery, green onion, seedless grapes, and walnuts to large serving bowl. Stir to combine.

3. Stir dressing into chicken mixture.

4. Season with salt and pepper.

5. Cover and chill in refrigerator until ready to serve.
