1. Preheat oven to 425 F.
2. Grease heatproof casserole dish.
3. Saute ground beef and onions in large skillet 8 minutes, or until beef is browned and onions are tender.
4. Stir in tomato and barbecue sauces.
5. Add mixture to casserole dish.
6. In medium bowl, combine egg, milk, cornbread mix and corn. Mix well
7. Pour cornbread mixture over ground beef and onions.
8. Bake 25 minutes, or until golden brown. |
